High School Football Practice Starts Today

High School football teams will be getting ready for another season today as practice begins around the state.A couple of area teams will have new coaches this season including Neillsville where John O?Leary takes over for Scott Bryant and Jeff Trunkel takes over for the defending Division 7 champions, Greenwood/Granton. Trunkel takes over for departed coach Chad Hanson.
Neillsville's first game will be on Friday, August 24th vs. Spencer/Columbus while Greenwood/Granton will open at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption
