NEILLSVILLE FOOTBALL GETS READY FOR SCRIMMAGE SATURDAY

The Neillsville Warrior football team is getting ready for a scrimmage coming up this Saturday in Owen. 6 teams will be involved. Besides Neillsville and host school Owen-Withee, Loyal, Park Falls, Auburndale and Spencer/Columbus will also be involved. Neillsville coach Scott Bryant said they will scrimmage the 3 teams that they will not play during the regular season. The scrimmage will have two teams lining up at the 40 yard line on each end of the field and they will run 20 plays on offense and 20 on defense and then switch teams until they've run around 60 plays both ways. Neillsville's first regular season game is Friday, August 28th when they travel to Fall Creek.
