Hoeser's 5 RBI's Leads Neillsville Past Loyal/Other Area Scores

Freshman, Andrew Hoeser drove in 5 runs on two hits to lead Neillsville past Loyal 16-6 in six innings on Monday at Henry Lukes Baseball Field in Neillsville.  Hoeser drove in runs on a double in the third, a single in the fifth and a walk in the sixth.  He also stole 4 bases in the game.  The Warriors collected 10 hits in all while Loyal had 5.  Reese McDonald, Sam Hayes and Austin Gross also had 2 hits for Neillsville.   Hayes started for Neillsville going 3 1/3, allowing 4 runs, 2 earned, 4 hits, striking out 5 and walking 4.  Hoeser got the win, in relief, going 2 2/3 allowing 1 hit and 2 runs while striking out 3.  Cane Toufar took the loss for Loyal.
