The Marshfield Motor Speedway opened its season on Saturday with plenty of racing action...John Beale, Verona, WI., and Mark Mackesy, Wausau, WI., were the main event winners in CWRA. For Beale, it was win number two on the campaign, while Mackesy grabbed his first win of the 2020 Tour season.

In Bandit action, it was Barry Tolliver putting his #112 in the McDonalds Drive Thru Victory Lane. Finishing second, it was Custer of Stratford, WI, and Wausau, WI driver Eric Breitenfeldt finishing third.
In the feature event for the 6-Cylinders, AJ Marron proved to be fast tonight as he pocketed the feature win. Brandon Van Stedum earned second place honors with a strong run, and Gary Haarklau taking third.
Due to a horrific crash in the second super late model event, the 2-Man Cruisiers and the Skidders were unable to run their features. They will run double features Saturday, June 20th.
June 20th, Marshfield Motor Speedway will host the first leg of the Yellow River All Star Dual Challenge presented by Earth Inc. This race will be the first of two special events, the second of which will be held on September 19th. The June 20th event will also serve as a CWRA points event. Other divisions competing will be the X-Treme 4’s, Bandits, 2-Man Cruisers, and the Skidders.
