Stratford's Barten Named Defensive Player of the Year

Stratford Tiger standout Ben Barten is the WFCA's Small School Defensive Player of the Year. The 6'5", 275 pound senior was named to the Small School All-State team as an offensive and defensive lineman.Vaughn Breit of Stratford is on the Small School All State Team as a TE/FB. Jaykob Mikelson of Stratford made the All-State Team as a defensive lineman, and Justin Schoenherr of Stratford as an inside linebacker. Gabe Chenal of Regis made the All-State Team as an outside linebacker, while Kaleb Hafferman of Edgar made the team as a defensive back and Austin Miller of Edgar as a kicker.
