Black River Falls Boys and Girls Co-op Hockey Teams Victorious

The Black River Falls Co-op boys and girls hockey teams were both victorious on Saturday at Milt Lunda Arena in Black River Falls..The boys team beat Grantsburg Co-op 12-2. Neillsville's Jonah Zoschke had 4 goals while Malachi Berry, also of Neillsville had 2 goals. The Tiger skaters scored 6 goals in the first period and 3 each in the 2nd and 3rd periods. The boys are now 3-2 on the season and will be at Viroqua on Tuesday.
The Tiger girls dominated Medford 13-0. Black River Falls had 55 shots on goal compared to just 8 for Medford. Liz Jorgensen of Neillsville had 2 goals for the Tigers. The Tigers are now 2-3 on the year and will host Eau Claire Area on Tuesday night.
