Wednesday, April 27th, 2016 -- 7:27 AM

Sam Neville of Neillsville pitched a complete-game shutout for St. Norbert on Tuesday for his first collegiate win, a 10-0 victory over Lakeland College.

It took St. Norbert (13-10) a while to get going, not scoring until the fourth inning when Robbie Dombrowski drew a bases-loaded walk. The Green Knights added two runs in the fifth inning on a Hunter Larson RBI single and a Tyler Brown sacrifice fly for a 3-0 lead.

The Green Knights added three runs in the sixth inning on a Derek Klegin sacrifice fly and another Larson RBI single. Tyler Banovich then drove in Larson with a triple for a 6-0 advantage. St. Norbert ended the game with a four-run seventh inning. Klegin had an RBI single while Larson walked with the bases loaded.

Neville allowed just three hits with no walks and six strikeouts. St. Norbert had seven hits, with Larson going 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three runs batted in.
