Madison College wins D2 Jr CWS Opener

Madison College picked up an 11 to 3 win over Westchester Community College.Corey Fischer picked up the win for Madison pitching 6 complete innings. Madison scored two in the 1st inning and never looked back adding 3 more in the 3rd and 5 in the 6th and 1 in the 7th. Westchester got on the board in the 5th, 6th and 7th scoring 1 each inning.
Madison will face Southeastern Community College who defeated host school Northern Oklahoma-Enid 3 to 2 in 10 innings. The game is scheduled for Monday at approximately 7 pm.
