Murphy Pours In 51

Luke Murphy, a senior at River Falls High School and grandson of Diane Murphy of Neillsville, poured in 51 points in a 96-60 win over Chippewa Falls.Murphy, who is the son of Neillsville alumnus Pat Murphy, scored most of his baskets on lay-ups. River Falls as team made 43 field goals, all inside the 3 point arc.
The 51 points is the most by a player in the Eau Claire area since Tyson Kalien of Chippewa Falls had 52 in 2011.
