Neillsville Girls No. 1 In Preseason Poll

The Neillsville girls basketball is No. 1 in Division 3 according to a preseason poll on WisSports.net.Neillsville advanced to the state tournament in Division 3 last season, where their unbeaten season came to an end in the state semi-finals to East Troy. Three solid contributors graduated in Caitlynne Naughton, Lindsey Opelt , and Alleah Voigt, but head coach John Gaier returns three starters including UW-Milwaukee recruit Jenny Lindner along with a strong bench.
