In his spare time, Dale had many interests, but especially loved being with his family ,fishing, bowling, playing sheepshead, deer and turkey hunting, the Packers, Brewers and Nascar,  and he especially enjoyed going for rides.

He is a lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church , in Loyal, where he was baptized, confirmed, and married.
