Fluorite is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Fluorite

Age: 6-months-old

Breed: Blue Heeler Mix or Australian Cattle Dog

Meet Fluorite, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Fluorite came to CCHS with his siblings back in January when he was just a little tyke. He isn't sure what happened, but all of his brothers and sisters have been adopted, but he's still waiting at the Shelter.

Fluorite is a Blue Heeler mix, or Australian Cattle Dog. He was born back in November, so he's now almost six months old and he weighs 37#. He has a short-haired coat that's white, black and tan, with lots and lots of speckles, which make him extra cute! Fluorite is a happy guy with a great personality.

He's always so happy to meet visitors and can't wait to get all the attention he can. He just knows there's a new family out there waiting for him. If you'd like to give this nice boy the happy ending he's waiting for, please submit your adoption application for Fluorite on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots and lots of animals at CCHS right now, especially dogs and puppies, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.  We are very much in need of volunteers!

You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Fluorite, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
