Augusta K9 Unit Responds to Traffic Stop in Eau Claire

Augusta’s K9 unit responded to a traffic stop in Eau Claire and found drugs and currency.

The stop occured at the Kwik Trip on Otter Road in Eau Claire after officers noticed suspicious behavior from the driver and passenger.  The K9 unit, Turbo, indicated there were drugs in the vehicle.

After a search, they found methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy, LSD, and other items.  They also found $5,000 in currency.  Jacob Restad and Amber Jacobson were arrested.
