It Remains A Buyer's Real Estate Market

It remains a buyer?s real estate market.

Wisconsin home sales were up last month, but the median price dropped.
According to the monthly report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, 13 percent more homes sold in October of this year than 2010, but median prices fell nearly eight percent to $129,000.

In Clark County, 15 homes were sold last month, matching the total from last year. The median price dropped 43 percent to $49,000. The median price in Clark County in October was, by far, the lowest median price of any the counties included in the report.

Waukesha County has the highest median prices in the state at $230,500.

So far in 2011, 154 homes have sold, up 26 percent from last year.
