2010 was not a stellar year for home sales in Clark County. In fact, Clark County had the lowest median home sale price in the state.The Wisconsin Realtors Association is out with its annual recap of the housing market. It shows the volume of home sales was down 7.5% in 2010 and the statewide median price fell 1.1%.
There were 141 homes sold last year in Clark County, down 9% from 2009. The median price of homes sold in Clark County fell to $74,900, the lowest median price in the state and well below the statewide average of $141,000.
Waukesha County has the highest median price at $232,577.
