MAPLE SYRUP PRODUCERS PLAN NEILLSVILLE SUMMIT

The Wisconsin Maple Syrup Producers Association is coming back to Neillsville next week.The group will hold its annual winter institute on January 15 at the American Legion in Neillsville.
There will be several expert speakers, plus an update from Erin Nutter of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture on sanitation rules and regulations in sugar houses and licensing your maple products for all maple producers.
After lunch will be the Maple Queen Coronation, followed by round table discussions.
The event is open to the public.
