REPORT: HOMES CHEAP IN CLARK CO.

A new report shows property values have reached rock bottom in Clark County.According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the median price of the 56 homes sold in Clark County in the 2nd quarter of this year was $74,950. That was the lowest price reported amongst the state's 72 counties.
It also marked a 6.3% drop from the same quarter last year. The number of homes sold in the quarter jumped 10% from the same quarter last year.
The median price of just under $75,000 was well off the state average of $145,000.
Waukesha County in southeast Wisconsin has the highest median price at $230,000.
