AUTHORITIES CONFIDENT THEY'LL FIND KOULAS' MURDERER

La Crosse County sheriff's investigators say they've narrowed the list of suspects in the murders of a Town of Barre couple, who used to live in Neillsville.In a brief press release issued Tuesday, Capt. Kurt Papenfuss says they're confident an arrest will be made in the deaths of 68-year-old Dennis Koula and 65-year-old Merna Koula. They were found slain in their home May 24. Authorities haven't said how the couple died.
Evidence continues to be processed in the case, and no further information has been released.
