NEILLSVILLE WILL HAVE RACE FOR MAYOR

The City of Neillsville will have a race for Mayor.Dewey Poeschel filed his candidacy papers Tuesday. He?ll square off against Mayor Diane Murphy.
Poeschel is the president of the Neillsville school board.
Also, one correction to a story we had Tuesday. The deadline for candidates to run for the city?s 3rd ward has been extended to the close of business Friday ? We had said next Tuesday.
The Spring Election will be Tuesday, April 6th.
