Friday, December 4th, 2009 -- 1:53 PM
Jeremy Engelking, 27, of Superior was expected to appear in Douglas County Circuit Court Friday on charges claiming he trespassed on his own land.Engelking confronted workers Wednesday, telling them they had no right to be on his property because he hadn't been compensated by the pipeline builder, Enbridge Energy Partners.
As the confrontation escalated, law enforcement arrived and ordered Engelking to the ground. The man was handcuffed, taken to jail and later posted bond.
Court records indicated this is just the latest confrontation between Engelking and Enbridge workers.
