MAN IN JAIL AFTER FATAL ACCIDENT

A fatal crash Sunday night near Athens has landed a 23-year-old man in jail.

Dustin Duerr of Medford is in Marathon County Jail charged with homicide by drunken driving.

A 25-year-old Athens man died in the single-vehicle rollover that occurred at 8:20 p.m. near Athens.

The crash remains under investigation.
