Wednesday, May 20th, 2009 -- 12:58 PM
This is shaping up to be another busy summer for the Neillsville Area Players. They?re holding auditions this week for their August production of the musical ?Grease.?
N.A.P. President Dan Clark says Grease will be there 20th production. They have over 200 members from all over the area?not just in Neillsville.
"We have some Marshfield, we have some from Owen-Withee. We cover the county pretty good," says Clark.
Grease should be a lot of fun. Clark says a couple former scholarship winners are coming back to direct it.
"It's going to be directed by Aaron and Marta Knodle. It's a great opportunity to see two young people (direct). They have a lot of enthusiasm," he says.
There?s one more audition. It?s this Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Neillsville High School Auditorium. The group will presents five shows over the first and second weeks of August.
