STABBING, MANHUNT IN BLAIR

The Blair Police Department is investigating a stabbing that occurred early Monday morning.A female subject called 911 after she said she was stabbed at around 5 a.m. Monday morning, according to a press release.
The victim reported that she was attacked by her ex-boyfriend, Jon Soto, 47, of Blair.
Jon had been waiting in the shadows for the victim as she left her home to go to work, the release said.
Soto allegedly stabbed her five times on her upper body.
Authorities searched for three hours, before finding Soto hiding in a van in a garage several blocks away. He was arrested at 8:51 a.m.
Soto is currently on probation for assaulting the same victim in a similar situation.
This incident is currently under investigation.
