Marshfield High School HOSA: Future Health Professionals Compete at State Leadership Conference

Marshfield High School HOSA: Future Health Professionals just returned from a very successful State Leadership Conference.

Among the 23 students that attended, 8 students earned HOSA hardware and will be advancing onto the International Leadership Conference held in Houston, TX at the end of June.

• Medical Law & Ethics: Rahul D. – 2nd;
• Health Career Display: Emma D. and Hailey K. – 3rd;
• Research Poster Display - Delaney V. – 3rd;
• HOSA Bowl Team - Henry J., Kai R., Peter T., and Aran T. – 3rd.

Amelia K. received the Barbra James recognition service award for her generous amount of volunteer service hours in the health field. In addition, 9 other members earned certificate placements for their scores on the Healthcare Issues Exam as well as other recognition events.

Congratulations to all participants for your hard work and dedication in making this one of the most successful state competitions for MHS HOSA!
