Black River Falls Man Appears in Jackson County Court for Sexual Assault

A Black River Falls man charged with sexual assault appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.
According to court records, Kegan Fogleson allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on July 25th. Fogleson initially denied anything happened, but later stated the encounter was consensual.
Fogleson is being charged with 1st degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, intimidate victim/threaten, bail jumping, strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct.
During Fogleson’s preliminary hearing, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. During his arraignment he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
