UPDATE: JENSEN GOING BACK TO PRISON

Wayne Jensen is going back to prison for 6 years.The 37-year-old Neillsville man was sentenced Friday after pleading "no contest" to four felony charges, including reckless endangerment and aggravated battery.
The charges stem from the July 2003 pipeboming of his then-wife's ex-husband's vehicle. The blast injured Thomas Dyer and his fianc? Tonya Humboldt as they drove to Neillsville on STH 73.
Dyer addressed the court during Friday's sentencing, pleading for the maximum sentence of over 60 years. He told the court Jensen had attempted to kill him in the blast; a fact Judge James Mason acknowledged in handing down his sentence.
But Jensen also addressed the court claiming his action was a "one-time mistake". Jensen pleaded for extended supervision that would allow him to earn money to pay the victims' restitution.
Plus, he claimed to have become an ordained minister while in prison. If allowed to go free, Jensen said he would encourage people not to follow his path.
Judge Mason said he wanted to make an example of Jensen and sentenced him to 10 years in prison and 5 years extended supervision, but Jensen was credited with nearly 4 years of time already served.
