Coronavirus Numbers for December 15th

For local coronavirus numbers:

Clark County has seen a total of 2,507 positive cases, an increase of one.  Of those, 158 are currently active.  Clark County has had 44 people die from the virus.

The state has seen a total of 438,895 positive cases (an increase of 2,122 over the previous day) and 4,068 deaths, an increase of 12 over the previous day.  Of the positive cases, 19,326, or 4%, have been hospitalized.

For our other neighboring counties:

In total, Chippewa has seen 5,463 positive and 61 deaths.

Eau Claire has seen 8,514 positive and 65 deaths,

Jackson has seen 2,067 positive and 6 deaths.

Marathon has seen 10,986 positive and 142 deaths.

Taylor has seen 1,470 positive and 13 deaths

And Wood has seen a total of 5,025 positive cases and 31 deaths.
