Mia is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Mia

Age: 3-Years-Old

Breed: Muted Tortoiseshell

Mia is the CCHS Pet of the Week! Mia is a very pretty Muted Tortoiseshell girl who is 3 years old. She weighs 6.8# and her short-haired coat is a beautiful mix of gray, beige and white. Mia came to CCHS when her family was moving and she couldn't go along.

Mia's most outstanding feature is her eyes. She has the most gorgeous great big green eyes that we've seen in a long time! Mia can be a little shy in new situations, but quickly warms up once she's comfortable. She has lived with other kitties and done well.

If you'd like a new friend to spend the Holidays with, Mia could be your girl! You can submit your adoption application for Mia or any of the pets at CCHS right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, with an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with our animals during any of our open hours!

Save the Date! Santa and Mrs. Claus are returning to CCHS this year for Pet Pictures with Santa! They will be at the Shelter on December 9th from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

They are happy to take pictures with all kinds of pets, from cats and dogs to rats and goats! So bring your pets and make some great Holiday memories! More details will be available on our website soon.

All of us at CCHS are so very grateful for all of the support and help from our staff, volunteers, members, and friends. We could never do all that we do without our amazing community of pet-lovers. We wish you all a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Mia, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
