(Mike Leischner, WSAU) A Wausau man has been arrested after a raid of his home took large quantities of meth and marijuana off the streets.
According to Mike Leischner with WSAU, court records show Toua Yang will be in a Marathon County Courtroom this afternoon to formally face six charges including possession of methamphetamine and THC with the intent to distribute and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
He also faces two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. This comes after police seized more than four pounds of pot and one pound of meth from his home on S 3rd Avenue in Wausau.
Yang was not home at the time of the raid, and a national warrant was issued for his arrest a few weeks after the raid. Officers describe Yang, known to some as Nitrous, as a known drug trafficker in the Wausau area. His court appearance is scheduled for 2 PM.
