Wausau Man Appears in Marathon County Court for Possession Charges

A Wausau man arrested after a drug investigation appeared in Marathon County Court.

According to authorities, back in May they responded to a report of a domestic disturbance just before midnight on the 800 block of Single Avenue. In the home, officers found 460 grams of marijuana, 215 grams of powder cocaine, 52 grams of crack cocaine, 1 revolver, and approximately $4,000 in cash.

Samuel Teague was arrested and is facing several charges including three counts of possession with intent-cocaine, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possessing with intent-THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, use or possess with intent to use a masking agent, battery, disorderly conduct, and maintain a drug trafficking place.

During his arraignment on Friday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on December 7th.
