Blaze is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Blaze

Age: 1-Year-Old

Breed: Airedale Terrier/Doodle Mix?

Meet Blaze, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Blaze came to CCHS when found as a stray in the Dorchester area. She is a spayed female, about 1 year old, and weighs 45#. Blaze has a very unique curly coat that is black and tan. We think she looks like an Airedale Terrier, but we can't say for sure.

She could always be a Doodle mix, too! Blaze has a kind personality and enjoys getting lots of attention. She loves to go outside where she likes to play with her ball. Blaze would do best as the only dog in her new home, as she wants to get all of the attention for herself.

She just needs to find her new family that she can love forever! If you'd like this pretty girl to join your family, apply for Blaze today! You can submit your adoption application for Blaze or any of the pets at CCHS right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens right now, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with our animals during any of our open hours!

Please join us for the 1st Annual Clark County Community, Crafts & Causes event! It will be held on Saturday, September 30th, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Neillsville. There will be lots of craft vendors, raffles and food.

CCHS will be there with information about the Shelter and FixaPet.  Stop by for some great shopping and support wonderful causes, too!  More information is available on the CCHS website.

You can learn more about, and adopt, Blaz, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
