City of Marshfield Provides Update on Construction Projects

The City of Marshfield has provided some updates on construction projects in the City.

The former Rose Bowl is in the process of being torn down for a new Tidal Wave Car Wash. This single property is to be split into two properties with the start of construction of the car wash to begin immediately after the demo is completed.

A new Pizza Hut adjacent to Applebee’s has broken ground and is projected to be open later this fall. A new Valvoline Quick Lube is planned this month to be constructed where the existing Pizza Hut is located.

The Ross Dress for Less store in the mall is slated to open by October 1st. The new Hobby Lobby will be starting construction this month, with a projected opening of January 2024. And a new Slim Chickens is projected to start construction this fall.
