Dolly and Dora are the Pets of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Names: Dolly and Dora

Ages: 8-Months-Old

Breeds: Short-Haired Tabbies

Meet Dolly & Dora, the CCHS Pets of the Week! These sisters had been adopted from CCHS back in February but were returned to the Shelter due to their owner's health issues. They are now 8 months old and are the prettiest girls! Both girls have short-haired coats.

Dora is black and white while Dolly is a Brown Tabby and white with brown on her nose. Dolly and Dora enjoy being with people and like getting attention. They also enjoy adventures and like to explore every corner of the room they are in.

They promise to bring you lots of love and entertainment! Dolly and Dora have been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, so they are all ready to be adopted. Don't forget, we always have a "2-for-1" adoption special on cats and kittens at CCHS (hint! hint!).

You can submit your adoption application for Dora, Dolly, or any of the pets at CCHS right on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.  We have an amazing selection of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens right now, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with our animals during any of our open hours!

Would you ever think that your old shoes could help CCHS pay for a well water pump? Well they can! Our team is participating in a fundraiser with funds2orgs.com. We are looking for community members to help us by collecting gently worn, used and new shoes.

These shoes will help support our program as well as individuals in developing nations like Ghana, Haiti and Cambodia. Shoes can be dropped off at CCHS when we're open or can be left outside the front door at any time. CC Resale (815 Hewett St) in Neillsville is also a collection point and shoes can be left there between 9:30 am - 11:30 am on Saturday's. Thank you for helping!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Dolly and Dora, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
