A man arrested after marijuana was discovered during a traffic stop was sentenced in Jackson County Court.
Back in February, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department pulled over Justin Kamrowski for speeding on State Highway 27. The deputy detected the odor of marijuana. When asked about it, Kamrowski stated he only had a small amount of cannabis on him. However, a search yielded 3.5 pounds of marijuana and $9,000 in cash.
Kamrowski pleaded guilty to possession with intent THC. Another charge was dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to three years of probation with a condition of six months jail time.
