Recount of Ballots for Marshfield's Ward 10 Council Seat Finds Results the Same

The City of Marshfield held an election recount for the Ward 10 alderman seat on Thursday.

The race was between Andrew Reigel and Bonnie Andres. The unofficial results showed Reigel edging out Andres with 257 votes to 255. Due to the close nature of the race, Andres did pay the necessary fee and requested a recount.

The recount produced the same result as the election, with Reigel receiving 257 votes, and Andres receiving 255. Reigel will be sworn in during the Council’s reorganizational meeting on Tuesday, April 18th at 6:15pm.
