Black River Falls Man Arrested for 5th Offense Driving Under the Influence

A Black River Falls man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, around 9am on Saturday, a man was pulled over for erratic driving and speeding. A field sobriety test was performed on 56-year-old Tony Schaller. However, he was unable to do it.

Schaller was arrested and is facing charges of 5th offense driving under the influence.
