Loyal Man Enters Plea for Sexual Assault of a Child

A Loyal man entered a plea for sexual assault of a child in Clark County Court.

The victim in this case stated that the assaults by Roger Hattamer began when she was eight and lasted for 10 years. She also stated that Hattamer would offer her money or other items for nude pictures.

Hattamer pleaded guilty to child enticement and 1st degree child sexual assault. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He’s scheduled for sentencing on July 10th.
