Black River Falls Man Has Sexual Assault Charges Against Him Dropped

A Black River Falls man charged with sexual assault had the charges against him dropped.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, a girl stated that Edward Nicholas assaulted her.  Another girl stated she witnessed the incident and she was forced perform sexual acts as well.

Nicholas was facing charges of 1st degree child sexual assault. However, the charges against him were dropped on the prosecutor’s motion.
