(Wisconsin Ag Connection) Waushara County dairy producer Kevin Krentz has been re-elected president of the state's largest farm organization.

According to Wisconsin Ag Connection, on Monday, directors at the 103rd Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation's annual meeting in Wisconsin Dells voted to give Krentz a third term in office. He will also serve as head of Rural Mutual Insurance Company, both based in Madison.

A WFBF board member since 2012, Kevin is president of Krentz Family Dairy, Inc., a 600 cow dairy operation that grows 1,300 acres of crops. He also served as president of the Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium board of directors and on a state commission in 2010 to evaluate regulations on raw milk.

In addition, Joe Bragger from Independence was re-elected vice president of the WFBF. Meanwhile, delegates re-elected Brian Preder of Weyauwega in District 7 and Ryan Klussendorf from Medford in District 8 to the board, while welcoming new board member Brad Olson of Frederic, who will represent District 9.
