Church and Parish are the Pets of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels south of Black River Falls.

Names: Church and Parish

Ages: 3-years-old

Breeds: Short-Haired

This week we'd like to feature two special kitties as our Pet of the Week! Church and Parish are 3-year old sisters. They both have short-haired gray coats and are just beautiful. Church is solid gray and Parish has Tabby stripes.

They were surrendered to the Shelter when their previous family just wasn't able to care for them. Both kitties are good with other animals. They aren't little girls, as Parish weighs 10# and Church weighs 13#.

Parish is the more outgoing one of the pair, but with a little time Church adjusts to new people as well. They enjoy attention and petting, and will do best in a calm home. We do want the two girls to be adopted together.

And November is a great time to do just that, as adoption fees for cats and kittens are sponsored for the entire month by a very generous donor! So you can adopt two wonderful kitties like Church and Parish for $0!  Adoption applications can be submitted through our website:   www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Save the Date! Santa and Mrs. Claus are returning to CCHS this year for Pet Pictures with Santa! They will be at the Shelter on December 3rd from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Time & Light Photography will provide the photo services.

They are happy to take pictures with all kinds of pets, from cats and dogs to rats and goats! So bring your pets and make some great Holiday memories! More details will be shared on our website soon!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Church and Parish, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
