Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 -- 9:00 AM

Wood County Parks and Forestry Department would like to announce the launching of their new online reservation system.

You will now have the ability to view current campsite availability, and make same-day  reservations. In addition, individuals may check availability and reserve shelter buildings, as well as  purchase passes for a variety of outdoor recreational activities. Campers must have a reservation in order to camp.

There is no longer self-registration stations at  the campgrounds. Same-day reservations are now allowed. Reservations may be made as early as 12 months in advance.

Campers may check site availability, and reserve a site, by doing one of the following: Access the online reservation system using your PC or mobile device 24/7/365; and Contact the Parks and Forestry Office during normal business hours (715-421-8422, M-F,  8am-4pm).

Use the tablet, provided by the Camp Ranger or Camp Host, within each campground. Note this option is only available when Rangers or Hosts are on duty. All sites are now reservable. Pink reservation slips will no longer be posted at the campsite.

Campers  must check availability, and make a reservation, prior to occupying the site. To find out more, please visit our new reservation webpage. There is a link on our main Parks and Forestry  website, or you can go directly to the site at: https://parksreservations.woodcountywi.gov.
