Survey Regarding UW System Students' Perceptions of Free Speech Delayed

(Bob Hague, WRN) A survey of University of Wisconsin System students perceptions of campus free speech is being delayed.
The privately funded survey by the Menard Center for the Study of Institutions and Innovation at UW Stout was supposed to have dropped in student email inboxes on Thursday. But a statement from the director of the center, professor Tim Shiell, said it's being delayed until fall.
The delay followed the resignation this week of the acting chancellor at UW Whitewater. Jim Henderson cited a lack of UW System leadership as the reason for his departure.
