Sparkie is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Courteous Canine in Black River Falls and Creekside Kennels south of Black River Falls.

Name: Sparkie

Age: 2-Years-Old

Breed: Heeler Mix

Sparkie is this week's CCHS Pet of the Week!  Sparkie is a 2-year old Heeler mix who weighs 44#.  Sparkie is a very handsome guy with typical Heeler markings of black, white, tan and gray merle.  Sparkie has a very happy outlook on life.

He loves being with people and getting all of the attention he can.  He came to CCHS from a local farm, so he's used to being around other animals.  He promises to be a good boy for his new family!

As a Heeler he'll do best with an active lifestyle where he can get lots of exercise to keep him busy. If you'd like to add happiness and love to your life every day, apply to adopt Sparkie now!  Adoption applications can be submitted through our website:   www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS?  Well, now's your chance!  Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers!  You can learn more and sign up on our website:  https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected].  Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

The store is located at 815 Hewett Street, Neillsville (the old Kwik Trip building) and is open Saturday morning from 9:30 - 11:30.  Stop in and find some great deals!
