Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Holds Recognition Dinner

The Neillsville Chamber of Commerce held their Annual Recognition Banquet this past Saturday at the Neillsville American Legion.
After a delicious meal and recognition of the Chamber Director, Board Members and Ambassadors, they took a moment to recognize the 2020 award recipients as they were unable to hold the Recognition Banquet in 2021.
For this year’s recipients:
- Sniteman Pharmacy received Business of the Year;
- Entrepreneur of the Year went to both GRIT Nutrition and Widgy’s Outdoor LLC;
- The Agri Business of the Year went to Opelt Dairy-Isaac and Jordan Opelt for hosting the 2021 Neillsville Dairy Breakfast;
- And the Spotlight Award went to the Neillsville American Legion.
Several businesses were also recognized for anniversaries including:
- The Neillsville School District for 155 years;
- Neillsville Kiwanis Club for 100 years;
- Gross Motors for 65 years;
- Westwood Kitchens Inc. for 35 years;
- Thrivent Financial for 25 years;
- Custom Heating and Cooling Inc. for 25 years;
- Neillsville Retirement Community for 20 years;
- Clark County Youth Hockey Association for 20 years;
- First Weber Group Realtors for 15 years;
- Davis Chiropractic for 15 years;
- Clark County United Way for 15 years;
- Dan Herbrand Agency LLC. for 10 years;
- Dallman Insurance Agency LLC. for 10 years;
- Clark Cultural Art Center (CART) for 5 years;
- And Christie Country Quilts LLC. for 5 years.
The Chamber ended the banquet with some information on the Smiling for Samuel organization and discussed the Neillsville Winter Carnival happening this week.
