Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Reiterates Stance on Electors for 2020 Presidential Election

(Bob Hague, WRN) -It’s not happening.

That’s the message from Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, to county Republican parties looking to recall Wisconsin’s electors from the 2020 presidential election.

“It is unconstitutional for us to try to decertify the election. It is impossible. It can not happen. I don’t know how many times I can say that. Because they believe that somehow, if I just took a vote, I could overturn and put Donald Trump back in office. It is impossible.”

Vos told WISN’s Jay Weber that Republicans should be focusing their dissatisfaction on Tony Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul.
