Immigrant Rights Group Allowed to Intervene in State Election Lawsuit

(Terry Bell, WRN) An immigrant rights group will be allowed to intervene in a lawsuit over Michael Gableman’s investigation of the 2020 presidential election.
An attorney for Voces de la Frontera says the biggest question concerns the rules for the subpoenas issued by Gableman. He's looking into possible irregularities in last November’s vote.
An attorney for Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, who hired Gableman at taxpayers’ expense, argued that allowing the group to intervene would slow the process.
