Black River Falls Man Arrested for 5th OWI

A Black River Falls man was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol for his 5th OWI.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, around 12:24pm on Tuesday, they stopped a vehicle on I-94 for an equipment violation. The driver, 42-year-old Harold Hill, showed signs of impairment. After a field sobriety test, Harold was arrested.

Hill is facing charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offense, operating after revocation, open intoxicants in the vehicle, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
