Shaun Rudy was back in Clark County Circuit Court Thursday for a status conference. He?s being held in the Clark County Jail on "felony possession of a firearm" and "drug paraphernalia charges". Attorney Bill Poss requested a jury trial be scheduled. A probation revocation hearing is scheduled for March 1st, a final pre-trial conference has been scheduled for March 2nd with a jury trial slated for March 15th. The Clark County Sheriff?s Department calls Rudy a suspect in the murder of Christine Rudy, but no charges have been filed in the case.Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
