Loyal FCCLA Members Attend Fall Leadership Event

Fifteen members of the Loyal FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) recently attended the fall leadership event.

State officers introduced themselves virtually and talked about activities in their program area. Chapter members shared their chapter's community service projects while they used old t-shirts to braid dog chew toys to deliver to their local humane societies.

Members then spent some time learning about the FCCLA planning process. Alma Center FCCLA advisor, Mrs. Wensel, talked about brainstorming to come up with project ideas, and the steps needed to document and complete the activity.

Lots of new ideas were generated, and plans for spring competitions have already started.
