Eau Claire Woman Sentenced for Possession in Trempealeau County Court

An Eau Claire woman was sentenced for drug charges in Trempealeau County Court on Tuesday.

Back in March, during a busy day for the Trempealeau County K9 Unit, Heidi Nelson was arrested after cocaine, marijuana, and prescription drugs were discovered during a traffic stop.

Nelson was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to fines and various other costs.
